Stephanie has been working as a sports physiotherapist for over 25 years. She is a Level 4 orthopaedic manual therapist and is certified to practice acupuncture and spinal manipulation. During her career, she has had the opportunity to work with Olympic athletes, NHL and CFL athletes, and was the physiotherapist for the 2010 Southern Alberta Freestyle Skiing and Aerials Olympic Team Development. She is the physiotherapist for the 2023 Canadian Irish Dance Champion and the 2023 Canadian U18 Male Breaststroke Champion
As a former competitive marathon runner and Ironman triathlete, she has a special interest in treating running and triathlon-related injuries. Her extensive experience enables her to modify any athlete’s training schedule to work around their injury and ensure that crucial fitness is not compromised. As the mother of a competitive swimmer and hockey player, Stephanie also enjoys working with young athletes from all sports backgrounds. She works with athletes from various sports teams such as St Albert Raiders, St Albert Ringette, St. Albert Soccer, St Albert Cardinals.
She enjoys trail running, hiking, reading, watching her kids’ sports, and fostering kittens.
