Sky is a physiotherapist and the owner of Sitka Health Collective. She has a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in London, England.
Sky offers private one-on-one physiotherapy services and pelvic health physiotherapy with a strong background in exercise and fitness. She has additional training in dry needling, anatomical acupuncture, and spinal manipulation and often incorporates these modalities into her treatments.
Sky is originally from Vancouver Island, but has called Fort McMurray home since 2020. She has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and an active lifestyle; in her spare time she can be found lifting weights, snowmobiling, quading, & camping.
