I graduated from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland in 2016 with my Master's of Physiotherapy. I also hold a BSc from the University of Ottawa. I treat all musculoskletal conditions including but not limited to low back pain, sport injuries, tendinopathies, and fracture/orthopedic surgery, and offer assessments for runners that include clinical gait analysis, physical assessment, and exercises to improve your performance, manage injury and reduce injury risk. I have a special interest in treating people with hypermobility/connective tissue disorders and offer specialised assessments and treatment for this population. Please note that I cannot offer a formal diagnosis of Ehlers Danlos Syndromes (EDS). My treatment style is heavily biased towards education and exercise, and I offer IMS/dry needling, manual therapy, shockwave therapy and therapeutic ultrasound as adjunctive treatments. In addition, I treat concussion/vestibular conditions and jaw (TMJ) issues. I believe in empowering patients to better understand their bodies, and in using exercise in all its forms (neuromuscular control, proprioception, progressive load/strength training, desensitization, cardio etc.) to improve strength, function, pain experience, and quality of life.
