I’ve always been passionate about helping people, which led me to complete a Psychology degree and later a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. My background includes working with diverse populations, from children with special needs to older adults, and I enjoy treating patients of all ages and abilities.
I specialize in sports injuries, chronic pain, workplace and motor vehicle injuries, and pediatrics, with additional training in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, Mulligan Concept, and Biomedical Dry Needling. My approach combines individualized exercise programs, IMS, and hands-on manual therapy to help patients recover from pain and improve their quality of life.
