I’m a movement enthusiast and problem-solver at heart, with a passion for uncovering the “why” behind pain and dysfunction. I earned my Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2010. My post-graduate training includes courses in FMS and SFMA from Functional Movement Systems, and Women’s Pelvic Health through Herman and Wallace. Most recently, in December 2024, I became Postural Restoration Certified™ (PRC), which has been a game-changer in my practice.
My discovery of the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI) began as I navigated my own journey through athletic injuries. I became very aware of patterns of asymmetry in not only me, but in my patients as well. This realization transformed how I approach care, focusing on restoring balance and unlocking the body’s potential.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me chasing after my three kids or tackling my favourite activities—cycling, weight training, soccer, water skiing, volleyball, and hiking. These activities fuel my passion for movement and inspire my work with patients every day.
