I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy after completing a degree in Physical Education (with distinction). I have over 15 years of experience as a Physiotherapist working with a broad range of clientele. My practice focuses on individualized treatment programming, manual therapy, exercise programming, acupuncture/dry needling (CAFCI certification), and patient education and empowerment.
I have an interest in treating a wide variety of conditions including work and motor vehicle accident related injuries, sports injuries, chronic conditions, postural dysfunction and all other kinds of ‘aches and pains’.
It is my goal to involve my patients in a program that will help them achieve their very best, and get them actively involved in their own rehabilitation.
In my spare time, I am actively involved in soccer and volleyball, and I love to travel, exercise, ski, and spend time with my husband and two young children.
