I graduated with my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta after having obtained my Bachelors of Science with distinction. I utilize a patient-centred approach and individualized treatment plans to help you reach your goals! I use a combination of Manual Therapy, Spinal Manipulation, Dry Needling and most importantly Functional Exercises to get you back to what you love doing. I'm also a registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and also work with the prenatal/postpartum population. I am passionate about learning and delivering the best practices in women’s health.
Lifelong learning is very important to me and you will find me taking courses to learn something new or brush up on skills I’m already utilizing. Outside of work you can find me spending time with family.
