Lauren is a dedicated and experienced physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta (2015) and a Honours Bachleors Degree in Health Sciences with a Biomedical Major from the University of Calgary (2013). Lauren has developed a strong clinical focus on evidence-based, client-centered care with particular expertise in treating shoulder, hip, knee and foot conditions. She holds certifications in Dry Needling, Spinal Manipulations, Shockwave Therapy, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, as well as vestibular and concussion training. Additionally, Lauren is a certified Equine Rehabilitation Specialist holding her Advance Equine Rehabilitation Diploma, combining her clinical knowledge with her lifelong passion for equestrianism. Lauren’s diverse clinical experience includes working with: The Foothills Soccer Association men and women’s U23 PDL teams, Equine Canada North American Youth Champion Junior team riders during COVID; Panther Sports Medicine’s Acute Knee and Shoulder Clinic collaborating with sports medicine physicians; The Alberta Hip and Knee Clinic contributing to their Joint Assessment Clinic initiative.
