Kendra, originally from central Alberta, began her academic journey at Red Deer College, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at UofA.
She has experience with treating a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Her practice focuses on helping patients understand their injuries, feel confident in their recovery, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
She take a hands on, evidence based approach that blends manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and patient education. She enjoy working with all types of patients from athletes, post-surgical, those managing chronic pain, and anyone who wants to move better and feel stronger in daily life.
Her goal is always to create a collaborative environment where patients feel heard and supported. She believe that lasting recovery comes not only from treatment, but from empowering patients with the tools and knowledge to take charge of their own health.
