Kelsey completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at Dalhousie University before going on to earn her Masters of Physiotherapy at Queen's University. After several years of practice in Ottawa, she made her way to Calgary, where she has since become known for inclusive, trauma-informed care that is evidence-based, individualized, and collaborative.
In 2025, Kelsey opened Coven Health Collective, a pelvic and allied health clinic built around a simple but radical idea: that every person who walks through the door should leave feeling liberated, supported, and actually heard.
Kelsey works with teens and adults at all stages of their pelvic health journey, supporting clients with bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic and sexual pain, pudendal neuralgia, gender-affirming care, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and orthopedic injuries. She also mentors fellow clinicians, and acts as a lab instructor with a pelvic health training organization.
When she is not in the clinic, you will find her in the mountains, in an airport, or very enthusiastically greeting someone's dog.
