AAP Member

Keith is a passionate movement specialist focused on helping his clients achieve long-term success with their rehabilitation and has extensive experience treating sports-related injuries. He believes in assessing the way his clients move to address the root cause of the problem, ultimately helping his clients prevent re-injury instead of treating surface-level symptoms. Keith's clients will usually leave his treatments having learned to walk, run, bend, squat, sit and move in different ways then they are used to.

Keith hails from Nova Scotia where his interest in the human body and athletics began. He was introduced to the physiotherapy profession after suffering numerous sports injuries while playing competitive hockey, soccer and rugby. His passion still lies in sport, where he one of the team physiotherapist's for our national snowboard freestyle teams. He also helps develop preventative injury programs and volunteers his time for onside coverage for local hockey and soccer organizations.

Whenever he has the chance, he still straps on the blades as much as possible to play in local gentlemen's hockey leagues. He also enjoys snowboarding, cycling, mountain biking, running, hiking, camping and playing squash.

Keith is a level 2 shift concussion provider, he is also certified in functional dry needling, spinal and peripheral joint manipulation, medical acupuncture, and is able to order diagnostic imaging. With his passion for sports, Keith has also completed his Sports Physiotherapist Certification. He also attends advanced courses annually on movement impairments and rehabilitation to help you move better.
