Keira Forsyth is a physiotherapist with extensive training in human movement, rehabilitation, and pelvic health. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) and also holds degrees in Education (B.Ed.) and Arts (B.A.), along with an Advanced Certificate in Manual Therapy (ACMT), certification in Biomedical Dry Needling (BDN), and pelvic health credentialing. She further expanded her clinical knowledge with a Diplomia in Equine Rehabilitation.
With over ten years of clinical, teaching, and movement-analysis experience—as both a rider and physiotherapist—Keira offers a unique trifecta of expertise in education, human biomechanics, and performance. She provides evidence-based, client-centered care to support mobility, function, and overall physical wellbeing.
