Kayla grew up on the east coast of Canada playing everything from competitive hockey, to soccer, to softball – she is no stranger to a wide variety of all the sport related injuries. This lead her BSc. Kin at Memorial University of Newfoundland, followed up by completing her MSc. PT in Glasgow, Scotland, before moving back home to Canada. She has done plenty of post-grad training in dry needling, manual therapy, running injuries, sport rehab, and more! She loves helping everyone from the classic weekend warriors, busy parents, competitive athletes/gym-goers, and seniors! She loves getting to know her clients
Nowadays - Kayla is found adventuring outdoors with her two young daughters & husband, trying to get out to the rockies for hiking/camping or snowboarding, crushing a workout, and drinking copious amounts of coffee. She also loves travelling and exploring new countries and will talk your ear off about the book she is reading
