Karin worked for close to 20 years in rural Alberta, providing rehabilitation services to outpatients, inpatients, home care, schools, and assisted living facilities. She currently works as a Physiotherapy Research Clinician at the Alberta Children's Hospital exploring innovations in physiotherapy assessment and intervention, as well as helping PTs to work to their full scope of practice. She also sees patients part-time at Lakeview Physio and Massage in SW Calgary.
