Jamin is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong passion for movement, exercise, and helping individuals return to the activities they enjoy most. Growing up in an active household and dealing with his own share of injuries through sport, he developed an early appreciation for rehabilitation and the impact physiotherapy can have, ultimately leading him to a career in the profession.
Originally from British Columbia, Jamin moved to Alberta on a basketball scholarship, where he completed both his undergraduate degree and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) degree from the University of Alberta. Since graduating, he has continued to advance his clinical skills through additional training in Dry Needling/IMS, athlete-specific rehabilitation, and becoming licensed to order diagnostic imaging.
Jamin enjoys working with individuals of all activity levels, from elite athletes to those simply looking to return to daily activities without pain. His treatment approach is exercise and movement focused, combining individualized exercise prescription with hands-on manual therapy and IMS/Dry Needling to help patients reduce pain, improve function, and confidently return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of the clinic, Jamin enjoys staying active in basketball, amateur woodworking, and most importantly, spending time with his growing family. He is proud to call St. Albert home.
