Gina is Co-Director of Optimum Perinatal Health and a physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health. She enjoys working with clients during their pregnancies to prepare for labour and delivery, and also postpartum to help with recovery and safe return to activity. Gina is experienced in treating low back, pelvic girdle, and tailbone pain, abdominal separation (DRA), and pelvic health concerns such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. Gina graduated from Pacific University in Oregon, USA with her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2003, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). Gina is a mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family in the mountains, camping and hiking in the summer, and cross country skiing in the winter.
