Fiona is an Irish physiotherapist with almost 30 years of experience, having worked across Ireland, Australia, and Canada. Throughout her career, she’s developed a deep appreciation for the body’s incredible ability to heal itself — inspiring her motto, “Balance your Body, Balance your Health.”

Fiona’s main passion lies in Physiotherapy and the technique of Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle yet powerful approach that works through the fascia and nervous system to bring balance and calm to both body and mind. Fiona’s holistic style blends her physiotherapy expertise with training in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Method), Life Coaching and Equine Assisted Learning, allowing her to support clients through physical and emotional challenges such as stress, trauma, illness, or recovery after surgery.

Fiona has a special interest in working with mums and babies, helping with issues like feeding, sleep, tongue tie, or unsettled behaviour. By combining Craniosacral Therapy and Physiotherapy, she helps parents understand and support their baby’s development — empowering them with simple, effective tools for daily life.

Fiona’s journey led her to train in the Pink Ribbon Program, a rehabilitation approach for those recovering from breast cancer surgery. Extra training in Physio for Breast Cancer allows Fiona to assist people regain strength, mobility and full function after breast cancer surgery, supporting them through their whole journey with a wide range of techniques from education and pain management to correct bra fitting.

Fiona was proud to serve as physiotherapist for Ireland’s first Mixed Ability Rugby Team, who went on to win the Mixed Ability Rugby World Cup — an experience that deepened her belief that everyone has unique strengths and potential.

Fiona loves being part of a collaborative team of therapists, sharing knowledge and combining skills to give clients the best possible care. Outside of work, she enjoys horses, the outdoors, rugby, and spending time with family and friends.
