Exercise based (exercise is my treatment preference) Physical Therapist residing in Calgary, Alberta. In the past, I was a high level athlete competing in running, hockey, and Muay Thai/Kick Boxing. Health and fitness is my life's passion and I live by the principles and training guidelines I teach/recommend to my patients (I make a deliberate effort to practice and trial what I preach). I am SMFA and dry needling certified. I also have a speciality in Scoliosis management, having been trained and certified in the German style of Schroth-3D Scoliosis Therapy.
