Growing up as a competitive swimmer, Brittney developed a strong interest in body mechanics and rehabilitation medicine. Her passion for sports led her to pursue a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.
During her studies, Brittney had the unique opportunity to perform fitness testing for the Edmonton Oilers and contribute as a strength and conditioning coach for both the Edmonton Ski Club and the University of Alberta varsity swim teams.
Special Interests:
Brittney has expanded her skillset through the mentorship of award-winning physiotherapist Deborah Taggart, with a focus on hand therapy. She is passionate about treating the complexities of the hand and upper extremities, helping patients recover from a variety of injuries. In addition to hand therapy, Brittney is certified in acupuncture needling and has training in the Graston technique, which allows her to offer a wide range of treatment options to meet her patients’ needs.

Brittney is committed to providing personalized, one-on-one care to help her patients reach their goals. Whether through exercise prescription, manual therapy, or education, she integrates evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans that deliver the highest quality of care. Drawing from her experience as a former competitive athlete, CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer, and sports coach, she is able to offer a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation.
Brittney is dedicated to ensuring that her patients feel guided, informed, and confident throughout their recovery journey. She is passionate about promoting health and well-being across all ages and abilities and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals!

When she’s not working, Brittney enjoys hiking and camping with her family, weightlifting, playing with her daughter, and gardening.
